Someone will miss something tomorrow by Meteorskies Someone will miss something tomorrow by Meteorskies
... like, life... or a parchment... or both.

Sorry for the random title again but I had no original idea again for it :P
So, here is my entry for the "Train your brain" contest. I've spent the past 3 weeks on this one during my spare time. I've learnt a lot through the process, but I've reached the point where I miss that little something to know what to do to bring it to the next stage. Hopefully I'll learn it in the near future, because it's a bit frustrating.

I'd like to thank my fellow kitcheneers artists for their help and support, as they always do when I need them. You guys rock!

I hope you'll enjoy. Now onto something else, I've just had a little spark of inspiration.
Stay tuned!

Oh no, you killed him in the rain!!  Now, how will the police dogs track your scent!!?

I agree with ~Vibeness, very awesome dramatic lighting and textures. I love especially fx effect of the rain. Unfortunately, I had the same thought like ~Comidion did that the dagger is too clean. A faint trace of red/orange blood being evaporated from the sword might have given enough hint on the fact of it being magical. Just an idea.

No matter, it's still an epic piece! Don't let that frustration get to you btw, I know that feeling too well. Grr!

Keep it up!

Well, I love it.

I can only think of one thing that might possibly need changing, why is there no blood on the blade?

In any case, this would make an incredible story.

I intended to have the blade glow with some kind of magical light, with the smoke hinting that it evaporates the rain and hence the blood that should have been on the blade. Since you're not the first to point that out I probably have failed that :/ Thanks anyway
